Tuscan farmhouse with infinity pool  Interior Description

Although the property sleeps 8 people, on request and at an extra price, it is possible to open other beds to reach the total number of 12 guests.

The beds that can be opened are a double sofa bed (located in a locked bedroom on the ground floor); a single bed (the one located in the two-level bedroom); a single sofa bed (located in the suite).

Ground floor: Composed of an entrance with a small storage room, and a large area with a double living room, a large brick arch separates the relaxation area from the dining room. The first living room has 3 comfortable sofas and an armchair arranged in front of the stone fireplace, a 50 ‘ flat-screen TV, and elegant wooden furniture. On one side of the living room, there is a staircase that leads to a loft with armchair, an ideal place to listen to music or read a book …
The dining room has a large bookcase and a table for 10/12 people. The well-equipped and ample kitchen leads to a pantry/storage room.

A back door overlooks the covered outdoor porch with a table for 10/12 people and a flat-screen TV (in other words, an outdoor dining room); furthermore, the proximity to the barbecue area and the pizza oven makes this space ideal for outdoor lunches or dinners during the summer.

Between the dining room and the kitchen, there is a corridor that leads to a double bedroom with a wardrobe and television. Finally, you will find a large bathroom with a shower and sauna.

First Floor: A stone staircase leads to the sleeping area on the first floor.
The master bedroom is very large, composed of a double bed, a large chest of drawers, flat-screen TV, 2 separate walk-in closets, a full bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, and a small staircase leading to the loft, with a small library and chaise longue, ideal as a relaxation area.

Near the master bedroom, there is a complete bathroom with hydromassage shower, and a second bedroom (which can accommodate up to 2 people), arranged on two levels: below is a single bed, TV, desk, and wardrobe, above (on the mezzanine) a Single “futon” (which can become double if necessary). This room is ideal for children/teenagers.

A door separates the 2-level bedroom from the suite which can also be accessed via external stairs. Usually, this door is kept closed and the suite is accessible only from its own entrance which is next to the main door of the villa. On request, this door can be opened to connect the two rooms. The suite consists of a small kitchenette, a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine, a small open space with TV.

A wooden staircase allows access to the mezzanine where there is a double bed.

Basement:

From the living room located on the ground floor, you can access a large underground room, with a laundry area, a complete bathroom with a shower, and a small gym.

Outside:
The farmhouse was built with ancient stones, wood, and wrought iron, as well as the gate, the stone entrance driveway to the villa property, the swimming pool, and the park with a five-a-side football field.

The park is adorned with olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants. The porch, furnished with an elegant table and chairs, surrounds almost the entire villa, which has two entrances: one on the ground floor and the other which allows direct access to the suite on the first floor.

The infinity pool is located in front of the villa, close to a very useful well-equipped gazebo as a relaxation area.

On the other side of the property, there is a barbecue area also equipped with a stone oven for pizza.

Inside the park, there is a small isolated dependence (about 20 m), where the owners live to guarantee a punctual and accurate service to the guests, but complete privacy is guaranteed to the guests.

The owners’ dog is kept at home or closed in a special area at the entrance of the villa’s park to ensure maximum freedom for guests. The entire property is also surrounded by a high hedge.
