Interior Description of Private Vacation Villa Near Lucca

This completely detached Villa is completely fenced for your privacy and has a large grass area with olive trees and ample parking.

The house itself is set over 2 floors and comes with an outdoor pool to be enjoyed during warmer months. The interior of the house is modern and brightly decorated in the most tasteful way possible with careful consideration for keeping the older Tuscan features such as the old beamed ceilings and Tuscan style stone floors.

As you enter into a spacious hall you are lead into a living room with a satellite TV and fireplace. The dining room features a large table, perfect for larger groups wishing to dine together. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine, fridge, oven, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher and has direct access to the garden.

Continuing on you will find a fully contained apartment on the ground floor (with a private entrance) which features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen.

On the upper floor, there are five good sized bedrooms (3 double and 2 twins) all come with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The master bedroom features a jacuzzi style bathtub.

Outside you will find the private pool  (12x6mtr, 1.4 m deep) surrounded by deckchairs. There is also an outdoor shower. Please be aware the pool is open from 1st of May till mid-October and all children must be supervised by an adult while using the pool at all times.

You will also find a tennis court complete with tennis rackets and balls on the premises.

The caretakers live in a small house on a private part of the property and are very helpful to assist in any way but the guest privacy is always guaranteed.
