POLICIES

The prices are weekly (from Saturday to Saturday) and in Euros. They include the consumption of water, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedroom and bathroom (the change of linen is weekly). The heating/air-conditioned are not included and must be paid according to the amount consumed on departure.

On arrival, guests must pay the deposit (€ 500,00), which will be returned at the end of the stay minus the cost for any damage incurred.
